Our First Online Magazine

Book 38

Frank Betz Associates now offers instant access to HOMEPLANS Designed for Today’s Market™, Volume 38. This virtual magazine is easy to use, print and download. You can print one page or the entire magazine. Download it to a computer or a disk, take it with you, or give it to clients. This magazine contains three new collections. The EasyLiving Home® Collection, tailored to easy access on the first floor. The Narrow Lot Collection is perfect for the modern subdivision. The Southern Living® Weekend Retreat Collection offers classic cottage homes designed to be a second home in the mountains, a lakefront or a river site.

We have Traditional Neighborhood Design plans!

Whether Urban Infill or Suburban Enclave, Traditional Neighborhood Design is an important element of today's housing industry. "Sense of Community" is the key amenity of such developments. The relationship between public and private spaces in communities as well as public and private spaces in individual homes is critical to achieve the desired environment in a Traditional Neighborhood Design. Frank Betz Associates has created this group of plans to simplify the process of creating a Traditional Neighborhood Design community. This collection of house plans includes distinctly different plan types that will easily satisfy design requirements for a new development. There are one-story and two-story plan groups coordinated in a manner to produce the "Sense of Community" that so many of today's home buyers desire.

New Trends in House Plan Design and Styles.

Home plan designs are changing. The desire for environmental sustainability, today’s economic conditions, and an aging population are driving the design changes. Home plans are no longer increasing in size. Instead, consumers are looking for a house plan that is well thought out in size, layout and sustainability. The house design must contain amenities for the twenty first century family with a casual comfort in the homes living areas. Green building standards also play a significant role in today’s house plan design.

Our current designs reflect these new trends. The EasyLiving® Home Collection is designed using wider hallways, wider doors and a step free entry on the first floor. The Narrow Lot Collection is a group of house plans that are forty feet wide two story and main level master plans. The intent with this group of house plans is design efficiency in a compact foot print. All of Frank Betz Associates home plans can be built to meet LEED standards.

Browse all of our house plans by plan type, square footage or do an advanced search for specific attributes. Our house plans are designed in a variety of styles to suite your personal taste in One Story house plans, Two-Story house plans, Master on the Main house plans and our exclusive Southern Living Design Collection.

House Plans with Photos

We have received many requests to see our house plans built, so we have added a new house plan group that shows only homes that have one or more photographs. The photographed homes shown are model homes or photos sent in by our customers. We are always adding to our collection of photography so check back frequently for the most up to date house plan photos. Additionally, if you would like to send us a photo of your Frank Betz house plan to display on our website, send it to marketing@frankbetz.com. Due to the privacy of our customers we are unable to disclose where any of the homes are built. Click House Plans with Photos to see the plans now.
