Our basement foundation it is designed as a walkout style, which consists of three masonry walls and one wood framed wall with windows and doors. Interior walls are wood framed. Should you want a different type of basement, we will need an example of the new basement layout.

4. Wish List: Please List all requested modifications including true reverses, 2x6 exterior construction, post and beam basements and exterior material changes. Frank Betz Associates, Inc. reserves the right not to quote, and /or make changes to any plan. Frank Betz Associates, Inc. reserves the right to deny any request.

What to expect 1. You will receive a written quote from Frank Betz Associates, Inc. for all modifications you specify in writing to the modifications department, within 2-3 business days. The quote is valid for 30 days. 2. Payment due to begin the project includes price of plan plus 50% of modifications fee. Remaining balance is due before project is released to customer. The associate assigned to your project will contact you when he begins your project. You will receive floor plan and elevation layouts to approve before going to the final stages of drafting. Any additional changes may result in additional fees and time.
