Our home plans are drawn to meet the 2006 International Residential Code of One & Two Family Dwellings and the 2006 International Building Code with Georgia amendments. Many states and counties amend the codes in their area. Before purchasing home plans, consult with your local building officials to determine the specific requirements for submitting plans and receiving a building permit... Frank Betz Associates, Inc. home plans are not stamped by an architect or engineer. Our plans include all of the drawings typically needed for construction, except for site specific information and heating or cooling requirements. Separate drawings of the framing plans are included for most of our home plans. On Southern Living house plans the framing is included on the floor plans, not in a separate drawing.
