Frank Betz Associates has created this group of home plans to simplify the process of creating a Traditional Neighborhood Design community. This collection of house plans includes distinctly different home plan types that will easily satisfy design requirements for a new development. There are one-story and two-story home plan groups coordinated in a manner to produce the "Sense of Community" that so many of today's home buyers desire.

The photographed homes shown are model homes or photos sent in by our customers.
